Usha Latchumanan College of Education (ULCE) is a unique, non-minority, self financing Arts and science college And Teacher Training Institution in Pondicherry and is Sponsored by SMG Anjalai Ammal Educational Society.
During academic year 1999-2000 the permanent recognition was accorded by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Bangalore. From 2004-05 onwards the college is affiliated with Pondicherry University (a central university). Every year the college is registering result intake between 95% and 98%.
ULCE is a Co-educational Institute which offers Degree course mostly to students hailing from Tamilnadu and Pondicherry.
